The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, and Disclaimer Notice, as well as to all Agreements: “Client”, “You”, and “Your” refer to you, the person accessing this website and complying with the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our”, and “Us” refer to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us” refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of the provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to applicable law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore refer to the same.
Reservation Change and Cancellation Policies
1. To confirm a reservation, full payment is required, either directly by debit or credit card through our official website or via bank deposit or transfer by contacting us through WhatsApp or one of our team members.
Please note that minors are not allowed, and pets are not permitted.
Lua Capsule’s cancellation policy is as follows:
• No date changes, cancellations, or refunds are allowed. All reservations are non-refundable.
• No date changes, cancellations, or refunds are allowed due to weather conditions, except in the event of a hurricane, in which case changes or cancellations may be made free of charge if notified at least 5 days before arrival.
2. Regardless of the number of nights booked, if the guest does not show up on the check-in date, 100% of the reservation will be charged.
3. All reservations must be paid by credit card, debit card, or deposit for an amount equal to the total cost of the stay. If the reservation is not guaranteed, the Hotel will not be obliged to honor it.
4. It is a requirement for entry that guests who have made a payment on our website using a debit or credit card present the same card used for payment along with a valid photo ID at check-in, so copies of both can be made.
