These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Lua Capsule’s website, located in Tepeguaje, 49430 Tuxcueca, Jalisco, Mexico.

Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore refer to the same.

Reservation Change and Cancellation Policies

To confirm a reservation, full payment is required, either directly by debit or credit card through our official website or via bank deposit or transfer by contacting us through WhatsApp or one of our team members.

Please note that minors are not allowed, and pets are not permitted.

Lua Capsule’s cancellation policy is as follows:

No date changes, cancellations, or refunds are allowed. All reservations are non-refundable.

No date changes, cancellations, or refunds are allowed due to weather conditions, except in the event of a hurricane, in which case changes or cancellations may be made free of charge if notified at least 5 days before arrival.

Regardless of the number of nights booked, if the guest does not show up on the check-in date, 100% of the reservation will be charged.

All reservations must be paid by credit card, debit card, or deposit for an amount equal to the total cost of the stay. If the reservation is not guaranteed, the Hotel will not be obliged to honor it.

It is a requirement for entry that guests who have made a payment on our website using a debit or credit card present the same card used for payment along with a valid photo ID at check-in, so copies of both can be made.

License

Unless otherwise stated, Lua Capsule and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Lua Capsule.

All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Lua Capsule for your own personal use, subject to the restrictions set forth in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

• Republish material from Lua Capsule

• Sell, rent, or sub-license material from Lua Capsule

• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from Lua Capsule

• Redistribute content from Lua Capsule

This Agreement shall begin on the date it is signed.
